To keep my things clean
Just a washing machine
Please

It doesn't have to perch
Be mounted up so high
Or
Look like huge monsters
From the Washateria
Or the Laundromat

I need a washing machine please
One that is white, red or green
Nothing so fancy
Just a scratch and dent
Will do


I won't go to Lowe's
Home Depot
Or Sears
Second hand
At a buck
twenty-two

Just a washin' machine
To clean, clean, clean
My pocketbook
Just a plain simple
Washin' machine
