Kid Poets and They Know It! Poetry is going on!

Many people believe that it is impossible to write poetry.  I think they feel that way because they think it has to be perfect or high class. Some people think it has to John Dunne or Shakespeare. I've got some news for some and news for a few:  I am about to Shake up some minds.  It's not true.  Poetry can be written just about anything you want and written in any language.It is more than possible. It is one word REALITY!  I shared some of my poetry with some students.  They told me what they liked about it.  I shared with them that they could put their work on the blog too.  Excitement filled the air.....they were about to burst.  So I asked them to write anything they wanted and in whatever genre they wanted.  They chose to write in poetry. I also asked them to take some shots or pics of their poetry from different angles.  Here's a little snapshot into their world.  By the way, it's in Spanish and English...enjoy!
